In the hidden neighborhood of Crown Terrace within Pok Fu Lam, lies Bisney Villa, another significant piece of A.J. Mason’s history. The land of Bisney Villa was purchased by the founder back in the late 1970s, and together with the second generation, he decided to do something unusual for the time – build a small development combining both townhouses and apartments on the same plot of land.

Built in the architectural style typical of Hong Kong in the 1980s, the large windows bring an ample amount of natural light into the units, creating eminently liveable spaces.
