A true passion project for A.J. Mason, the Mill District is located in one of North America’s most-loved small towns, Healdsburg, the gateway to the Sonoma Valley and Winelands.
A brand new masterplanned community that combines a respect for history, tradition, and heritage with all the aspects of a highly desirable, modern lifestyle. Named for the lumber mill that used to be located here, designer Olson Kundig’s contemporary architecture embraces the site’s history of hard work and industry.
Incorporating a mixture of residential, hospitality, and commercial elements, the development provides a template for a unique community that is complemented by green spaces, community gardens and old-growth redwood trees, creating plentiful social spaces for residents.
