In 1980, the Ballinger Point project marked the start of the diversification strategy for A.J. Mason’s expansion into North America. The company expanded into building low-rise apartments and townhouses alongside Seattle’s Ballinger Lake in the village of Mountlake Terrace.
Ballinger Lake was the perfect spot to create a delightful place as the local community continued to expand due to the natural beauty of its surrounding environment. The Ballinger Point project was where A.J. Mason discovered its future expansion strategy in North America as a viable long-term goal.
