The founder of A.J. Mason personally acquired 30-32 College Road as his first property investment with his best friend back in 1957 and made it his home for many years. The building, located in the bustling heart of Kowloon, is comprised of six apartments and remains an important part of A.J. Mason’s legacy.
It still stands today thanks to A.J. Mason’s commitment to preserving the architecture of the period and protecting these legacy properties for future generations. The property’s exterior walls feature typical Chinese green glazed tiles, a popular design feature of the period, and a small piece of history.
